Only an account administrator can remove administrator permissions from another user.
  1. Go to your users page.
  2. Find the administrator you want to change.
  3. Open the Actions panel for that user and choose Demote.
The person keeps their account and their projects, and becomes a standard user. Make sure at least one administrator remains on the account, so someone can still manage billing and users.
